  • Report any unauthorized access immediately
  • Keep wallet private keys secure

3.2 Accurate Information

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Keep contact information current
  • Use real identifiable information
  • Maintain accurate inventory listings

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Market manipulation
  • Sale of illegal goods or services
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Identity theft
  • Smart contract exploitation
  • Network attacks or hacks

5. Transaction Terms

5.1 Payments

  • All transactions are executed via smart contracts
  • Supported cryptocurrencies only
  • No reversal of confirmed blockchain transactions
  • Gas fees are user responsibility

5.2 Escrow Service

  • Funds held in escrow until delivery confirmation
  • Release upon buyer confirmation
  • Dispute period of 7 days
  • Automated release after confirmation period

6. Fees and Charges

  • Platform fee: 2.5% per transaction
  • Gas fees vary by network congestion
  • Seller listing fees: None
  • Withdrawal fees based on network
  • Currency conversion rates set by market

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Process

  1. Submit formal dispute claim
  2. Provide supporting evidence
  3. 48-hour response period
  4. Mediation if needed
  5. Final binding decision

7.2 Evidence Requirements

  • Transaction records
  • Communication logs
  • Delivery proof
  • Product documentation
  • Smart contract interactions
